Medical Test Prep, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the EMIGS Prep mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Learning and usage data:
The App collects information about how you use learning features, such as quiz attempts, selected answers, scores, progress, flashcard interactions, study behavior, and feature usage.

Detailed study data is stored locally on your device. To help operate, maintain, and improve the App, we also collect limited app usage information on our servers (for example, learning actions, feature usage, and session-level activity). This server-side data is used to understand app performance and improve learning effectiveness.

Account information (optional):
If you choose to create an account (for example, by signing in with email), we collect the email address and any profile details you choose to provide. Account features may not be available to all users at all times.

Support communications:
If you choose to contact us, you may provide an email address and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your request.

Diagnostics and stability data:
We may receive anonymized diagnostic or crash information (for example, through device or operating system settings) to help improve performance and reliability. This data is governed by your device platform’s privacy controls.

How We Use Information

• Provide core educational functionality (quizzes, flashcards, progress tracking).
• Improve learning quality, content effectiveness, and app performance.
• Maintain app stability and security.

• Operate optional account and premium features.

Data Linked to You

Learning activity and usage analytics may be associated with a device identifier or an anonymous app identifier. If you choose to sign in, some data may also be associated with your account. We do not collect personal content such as your contacts, photos, messages, or activity outside the App.

Support emails are used only for communication related to your request.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Analytics we collect are used only to understand app usage, improve learning effectiveness, and maintain app performance.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for medical trainees and professionals and is not directed toward children under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law).

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information stored or transmitted through the App. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Reset or delete local study data using in-app options.
• Uninstall the App to remove locally stored data.
• Choose whether to create an account or contact support.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
