Medical Test Prep, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the EMIGS Prep mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App collects, how it’s used, and your choices.

What We Collect

By default, the App stores your quiz activity (e.g., selected answers, scores, and progress) locally on your device. We do not collect this information on our servers.

Optional support email: If you choose to contact us, you may provide an email address and message content. This is used solely to respond to you.

How We Use Information

• Provide core functionality (quizzes, flashcards, progress) on your device.
• Respond to support requests you send us via email.
• Improve quality and stability (e.g., anonymized diagnostics or Apple crash logs, if enabled on your device).

Data Linked to You

We do not maintain user accounts and do not link in-app performance data to your identity. If you email us, your email address is used only for support correspondence and is not combined with in-app data.

Analytics & Tracking

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Any crash or diagnostics data you share via Apple settings is handled under Apple’s policies.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for medical trainees and professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law).

Data Security

Study data is stored on your device. If you contact us, reasonable safeguards are used to protect support correspondence.

Your Choices

• You can delete local study data by uninstalling the App or using in-app reset options (if available).
• You may choose not to provide an email when contacting support.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
