Delete Your Account

Medical Test Prep, LLC lets you request deletion of your Medical Test Prep account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

1. In the app, go to Settings → Delete my data → Request account deletion, or
2. Email admin@medicaltestprep.org from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject “Account deletion request – Medical Test Prep”.

We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

• Your account and login
• Your name, email address, institution, and graduation year
• Your Premium status
• Your study-time records
• Flashcards and questions you created that are stored online

What Is Kept

• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you

Data Stored on Your Device

Quiz history stored on your phone can be removed at any time in the app under Settings → Delete my data, or by uninstalling the app.
